Bound is a fast, bite-sized 2D survivor roguelite about balance. You play as an angel who auto-fires holy spears at enemies near your cursor. Each kill fills a corruption meter, when it maxes you become the Devil: you swap to a powerful katana, gain attack speed and score multipliers, but enemies become tougher and gems no longer heal. Switch back to Angel to heal and kite the hordes. The loop is a risk/reward dance: unleash fury to earn massive points, then retreat and recover. Short runs, simple controls, and juicy feedback — perfect for a game jam pick-up-and-play experience.Key features

How to play

  • Stay alive as long as possible and get a high score.
  • Angel: stay back, let spears do the work, pick up gems to heal, and build corruption.
  • Devil: dive in, cleave groups with the katana, rack up points quickly — but don’t stay too long.
  • Manage the corruption meter: kills speed the shift to Devil; time (and a few kills) control the return to Angel.

Controls

  • Move: WASD or Arrow keys
  • Aim / targeting: Mouse (we auto-fire at the enemy nearest the cursor)
  • Menus: Mouse / Enter

Tips

  • Use Angel’s slight speed advantage to kite and pick off enemies safely.
  • Look for windows to farm as Devil — short, high-reward bursts are better than staying greedy.
  • Use space between waves to recover as Angel.
